The Kendal Mountain Rescue Team has enjoyed some great fundraising opportunities. Not only were they the charity that was offered the Roving Collection at the Westmorland County Show on 10 September but on the following day they were also able to collect donations outside Booths Supermarket and during the Torchlight Procession that evening. The sums collected were: County Show £1,212, Booths £529 and Torchlight £1,767.
