Team training day. Today we planned a search and medical scenario which enabled us to introduce some willing team volunteers into the art of search management. It also allowed other team members an opportunity to refresh search skills and the treatment of Hypothermic casualties. Luckily for our casualty (team member Kath) the weather gods were kind, which gave her some cracking views across the fells.
