A full day of team training this month started off with a round robin at base consisting of medical, comms (intro of new digital radios), fitting of snow chains and an intro to swift water gear.
We then moved down to Killington Bridge for an afternoon of Heli drills with HM coastguard Rescue 936.
For trainee search dog Ivy it was her first experience of being up close to a rotors running helo and she handled it well.
